Citizens and Businesses

During stage 1:

  • Citizens and businesses are actively involved in defining the strategy of a digital public service, formulating their needs through specific processes
  • Actively participate in the consultation of the relevant provisions of the law, through which the service is institutionalized

During Stage 3:

  • They contact the first version of the service, expressing their views on improvements, modifications and corrections

During Stages 4 and 5:

  • Their contribution is crucial, as through feedback they are actively involved in the continuous improvement of services
