On the common framework for services

The “Common Services Framework” is a framework of the Greek Public Administration, representing the ecosystem within which digital public services are designed and developed. In particular, it captures and specifies the people and organizations involved, the processes implemented, the governing principles and the technology used.

Our vision is for the “Common Services Framework” to be the commonly accepted pilot for the design and implementation of digital public services. Its adoption and use by all Greek public bodies is expected to contribute to the creation of a unified image of the Greek public administration and the provision of quality services to citizens and businesses.
