Article 29 Responsibilities of the Vice-President of the Board of Directors for e-Governance Health and Social Security – Addition of Article 17A to Article 5 of Law 3607/2007

The following Article 17A is added to Article 5 of Law 3607/2007 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 245) on the statutes of IDIKA AE:

"Article 17A

Responsibilities of the Vice-President

The Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors (BoD) has the following responsibilities:

a) Replacing the President in the exercise of his/her responsibilities in the event of his/her absence or impediment or loss of his/her status,

b) Exercising exclusively executive powers in matters of social security.';
