Article 17 of the fifth Article of Law 3607/2007 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 245) on the powers of the President of IDIKA AE shall be amended as follows: (a) point (c) is added to paragraph 1, (b) paragraph 3 is added and Article 17, following legislative improvements, is worded as follows:

"Article 17

Responsibilities of the President

1. The Chairman of the Board of Directors shall have the following responsibilities:

a) convene the Board of Directors, draw up the agenda, chair its meetings;

b) directs the work of the Board of Directors, issues and validates copies of the decisions of the Board of Directors and informs the Board of Directors about the operation of the Company.

c) represents the company, either alone or jointly with the CEO, in conferences, events and actions in Greece and abroad.

The Board of Directors, at its first meeting, shall appoint a member of the Board of Directors as the alternate of the President who is absent, absent or unable to attend.

2. Each member of the Board of Directors is entitled to be informed by the Chairman and the CEO about the management of the Company and the development of corporate affairs in general.
3. The President may not have executive powers.';
