Benefits of using
(see mosaico)
Benefits for the user
- Facilitates and improves navigation: users can access the information in an intuitive way, performing their necessary tasks more quickly.
- Reduces the occurrence of errors: reduces the number of errors during use and enhances productivity.
- Increases trust and security in the service: reduces the number of users leaving the experience and promotes in-use satisfaction.
- It clarifies the content: simplifies interaction with interfaces and improves readability and understanding of information.
Benefits for those who plan and develop
- Reduces production time and cost: allows confirmation that the service is working properly and that the basic functionalities are easily accessible.
- It foresees errors: allows the detection and resolution of failures in the user journey from the early stages of prototype design.
- Improves navigation design: with user feedback, steps can be removed or added to the navigation process, making it easier and faster to complete a given task.
- Testing possible hypotheses: the involvement of users from the beginning of the design process allows the collection of impartial and valuable information on the use of the service.
Institutional framework
- Rules for the digital provision of public services
It sets rules for the provision of digital public services, considers assisted digital services as a necessary complement to the provision of support and sets out how public services should be centralised in JEPs.
