7.1 Open call procedure

Participation is based on the principles of openness and equal access. The Ministry of Digital Governance, in cooperation with NGOs active over time in the OGP, issues an open public call. The invitation is published on the Forum's website with online forms, accompanied by a targeted information campaign and has a duration of at least 45 days.

7.2 Organisation Participation Form

The request for participation of an organisation shall include: organisation details (name, legal form, TIN, registered office), representative details, fields of activity (up to 3 options), experience in open governance issues, previous collaborations, incentives to participate, proposed contribution, and commitments to a Code of Conduct. It is accompanied by a statute, a CV of a representative, and a report of actions.

7.3 Volunteer participation form

Volunteers are a vital part of the ecosystem, supporting Working Groups, events, content, providing technical support and contributing to regional coordination. The application shall contain: personal details, training, skills, availability (minimum 6 months, 5 hours/week) and motivation. Volunteers receive access to training, a certificate, attendance at open meetings and priority in future positions.
