Following the public consultation on the draft law of the Ministry of Digital Governance entitled: ‘Establishment of a Greek Artificial Intelligence Factory – Supervision of the IDIKA MAE by the Ministries of Digital Governance and Health’, I would like to warmly thank those who participated.
All comments and observations will be studied and evaluated in order to contribute to the final formulation of the draft law for the establishment of the first Greek Artificial Intelligence Factory and for the targeting of the supervision of IDIYKA MAE by the Ministries of Digital Governance and Health.

The Minister of Digital Governance puts today, 24.11.2025, Monday, in a public online consultation the draft law of the Ministry of Digital Governance entitled: "Establishment of a Greek Artificial Intelligence Factory – Supervision of the IDIKA MAE by the Ministries of Digital Governance and Health’
In this context, every social partner and interested party is invited to participate in the public consultation, submitting their proposals for any improvement of the provisions of the above legislation.
The consultation will run until 9 a.m. on Monday 8 December 2025.
