The purpose of this Law is to amend Law 3607/2007 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 245), in particular as regards the name, purpose and supervision framework of IDIKA S.A. and to update its articles of association to reflect its new role and responsibilities in the health sector.

A general comment concerns those who gave the impression (in other ministries, jackati local administrative experience, etc.) with algae for silk ribbons and wasting money for digital , jumps while so many years (but how much they want to set up from the beginning a serious digital interoperable effective administrative model ) have made a complex type of Frankenstein , in health and despite the rhetorical crowns there is a big problem , not only electronic: it is not possible for the electronic appointment system to be so poorly organized (centrally and at hospital level) that no one can find a doctor's appointment without , telephone communication and if they pick it up, (ugly interface and description of ) , for tests (only blood tests so far), non-existent appointments for everyone and especially for taxpayers and active employees who are productive and absence from work or illness costs ! Taxpayers pay and must go beyond social solidarity (pensioners paid, EKO without having given a drachma but a good first row in hospitals and beating people - unacceptable. Another thing that should have been much better organized primary health. We know very well the use of electronic systems, they are very poorly organized. And yes, there are no appointments readily available for active employees, you can find a solution with availability per category per week. A Deputy Minister going out and asking for a social security number (AMKA) – obviously in order to solve what comes out in his mind is not a solution, we should all call him ! The money we pay and we don't have the basics: a visit for something extraordinary and we pay 50euros for a visit or 100euros for exams is GEL ! If we do not go to the NHS every year (we do not find any appointments for something simple or extraordinary) , to be refunded an amount in a voucher , we pay the NHS and who uses it ; Good intergenerational solidarity, but somewhere a metre).
A reference to the family ministry in another , comment, though well-founded, is utterly shrewd, or rather this ministry with the two heads, now and formerly, one worse and more irrelevant than the other. No measure that is not obsessive or rhetorical only, no meaningful movement. A waste of benefits by empowering those who see children as a livelihood at the expense of households (share condoms, cut the allowance, if no one provides a decent allowance, take the children to structures to have up to 18 a good environment -yes, better than their home will be ! – to visit them only, it will not have an allowance).

People are tired of seeing the waste of resources in bottomless barrels for the few and not in return for those who put their backs. Time is running out – for the country.
The ministries of health, digital governance, education, justice are working for us (and without AI ten things could simply have been corrected.
