Transparency
Definition
Transparency in the EIF refers to: a) To understand the procedures and administrative rules governing public services, regardless of whether they are offered by one or more entities. For this reason, it is necessary to systematically reflect the procedures supporting the services and make them openly available to all interested parties. (b) Ensure the publication of the interfaces of the information systems involved, so that it is understandable which data are exchanged in the context of the provision of a public service. Public bodies have a large number of heterogeneous and dispersed information systems supporting their processes. Interoperability depends on ensuring that interfaces are in place with these systems and with the data they handle.
