Use scenario: Meet the Consultation Platform

The aim of the activity is to explore the platform as a citizen participating in a public consultation would do and test its key functionalities.

Steps

1. Create a new account and log in to the platform.
2. Visit your profile and see
   • your points and level of participation,
   • Achievements (badges)
   • information about your activity.
3. Browse the homepage and find out about:

   • the consultations available, (https://opengovai4d.ellak.gr/#deliberations)
   • Artificial Intelligence tools that support the process. (https://opengovai4d.ellak.gr/#more)
4. Select an active consultation and open a consultation article. (Purpose and mission of the Multilateral Forum)
5. Explore the functions of the consultation (for an article):
   • Read the people's comments.
   • see the "AI Summary of the Discussion"
   • See the "Total Composition of Views" created by AI
   • Try the AI Assistant (chatbot)
   • see the themes (topics) that have been exported automatically
6. Submit your own comment (text or audio message). (The field is at the bottom of the page.)
7. Observe how the platform uses Artificial Intelligence to organize and analyze content (summary of discussion, synthesis of opinions, extraction of topics, etc.).
