Multilingualism
Definition
Digital public services can be used by citizens and businesses residing/operating in Greece with a mother tongue other than Greek as well as by citizens, businesses and public bodies from other Member States (cross-border use). Multilingualism in the provision of digital public services will widely promote their use, which is why public administration bodies should support it in designing, implementing, delivering and supporting such services.
