In the context of facilitating citizens’ mobility mainly within the EU, available relevant digital public services should be implemented across borders, including through the reuse of building blocks provided by the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) of the European Commission, to facilitate the provision of digital public services across borders (e.g., eDelivery, eID, eInvoicing, eSignature, Context Broker).
