Article 38 General provisions – Addition of Article 26 to Article 5 of Law 3607/2007

The following Article 26 is added to Article 5 of Law 3607/2007 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 245) on the company’s statutes:

"Article 26

General provisions

Unless otherwise provided for in these Statutes, the law applicable to public limited liability companies shall apply.’;
