In Article 7 on the bodies of the Company, Article 5 of Law 3607/2007 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 245) on the statutes of IDIKA S.A., the words ‘, CEO – and Auditors’ are replaced by the words ‘and the CEO’ and Article 7 reads as follows:

"Article 7

Bodies of the Company

The bodies of the Company shall be the General Assembly, the Management Bodies – Board of Directors and the Managing Director.’.
