Article 10 of the fifth Article of Law 3607/2007 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 245) on the exemption of members of the Board of Directors of IDIKA AE is replaced as follows:

"Article 10

Approval of overall management

By decision of the General Assembly, taken by open vote after the approval of the annual financial statements, the overall management that took place during the respective financial year may be approved. A waiver of the Company's claims against the members of the Board of Directors or other persons or a settlement of the Company with them may only take place under the conditions of paragraph 7 of article 102 of Law 4548/2018 (A΄ 104), on the liability of members of the Board of Directors. In the proceedings for compensation of the company due to the liability of the members of the Board of Directors in accordance with Law 4548/2018, the above approval shall be taken into account.’
