Information Extraction
The information extraction plugin uses artificial intelligence to identify the key points and main positions expressed in the consultation comments. For each comment, bullet points are created, while at the end a comprehensive picture of the views recorded is presented.
How it works Information extraction;
1. The plugin accepts comments in text, audio or video format.
2. Comments are sent to our system for processing.
3. Artificial intelligence identifies key positions based on model IBIS (Issue-Based Information System)
4. Similar positions are grouped automatically.
5. A final report summarising the main points and conclusions of the consultation is produced.
