Article 23 of the fifth Article of Law 3607/2007 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 245) on the liquidation of IDIKA AE is replaced as follows:

"Article 23
Clearance
1. Except in the case of bankruptcy, the dissolution of the Company is followed by its liquidation by the appointment of three (3) liquidators, who during the liquidation exercise all the powers of the Board of Directors related to the procedure and purpose of liquidation, but which may be limited by the General Meeting, with the decisions of which they are obliged to comply. The appointment of liquidators shall automatically entail the termination of the power of the members of the Board of Directors.
2. Liquidation shall be carried out in accordance with Law 4548/2018 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 104).’
