In the second paragraph of Article 2 of Article 5 of Law 3607/2007 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 245) on the seat of the Company, the words ‘of the General Meeting’ are replaced by the words ‘of the Board of Directors’ and Article 2 of Article 5 reads as follows:

‘Article 2

Seat

The seat of the Company is the Municipality of Athens. By decision of the Board of Directors of the Company, the seat of the Company may be transferred.
