Article 1 of the fifth Article of Law 3607/2007 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 245) on the establishment and name of IDIKA AE is amended as follows: (a) in the first paragraph, (aa) the words ‘with this Statute’ are deleted; (ab) the words ‘renamed to ‘ELECTRONIC GOVERNANCE OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL INSURANCE SINGLE-MEMBER S.A.’ are added with the distinctive title ‘IDYKA MAE’; (b) in the second paragraph, (ba) the words ‘HEALTH and’ are added; (bb) the word ‘Societe’ is replaced by the words ‘Single Member Société’; and (bc) the words ‘I.DI.K.A. S.A.’ are replaced by the words ‘I.DI.K.A. SINGLE MEMBER S.A.’; (c) a third paragraph is added, and Article 1 of the fifth, after legal improvements, reads as follows:

‘Article 1

Establishment – Name

A Société Anonyme shall be established under the name ‘ELECTRONIC GOVERNANCE OF SOCIAL SECURITY S.A.’ and the distinctive title ‘I.DI.K.A. S.A.’ following the conversion of the legal person governed by private law ‘Centre for the Computerised Social Services’ (K.E.Y.K.Y.) established by Legislative Decree 390/1969 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 283) and renamed ‘ELECTRONIC GOVERNANCE OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL SECURITY SINGLE-MEMBER S.A.’ with the distinctive title ‘IDYKA M.A.E.’. For the Company's relations with abroad, the name "E-GOVERNMENT CENTER for HEALTH and SOCIAL SECURITY Single Member Société Anonyme" and the distinctive title "I.DI.K.A. SINGLE MEMBER S.A." will be used.

The Company belongs to the technological bodies referred to in Article 13A of Law 4310/2014 (GG I 258).’
