Il comitato per le remunerazioni \u00e8 composto da tre (3) membri non esecutivi del consiglio di amministrazione, di cui almeno due (2) membri sono membri non esecutivi indipendenti. Un membro non esecutivo indipendente \u00e8 nominato presidente del comitato. Il mandato dei membri del comitato per le retribuzioni coincide con il mandato del consiglio di amministrazione. Il comitato per le remunerazioni ha il potere di proporre l\u2019importo delle remunerazioni e delle indennit\u00e0 per i membri del consiglio di amministrazione e i direttori generali e di presentare
