Agiscono con integrit\u00e0 ed etica. Tutti i membri hanno la stessa voce e gli stessi diritti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.2 Trasparenza e conflitto di interessi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dichiarazione di interessi obbligatoria, notifica del conflitto e astensione dalle decisioni pertinenti, divieto di accettazione di doni o benefici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.3 Riservatezza<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sessioni chiuse sono regolate dalla Chatham House Rule. Rigoroso rispetto del GDPR. Dichiarazioni pubbliche solo da parte di persone autorizzate, con una chiara distinzione delle opinioni personali dalle posizioni del Forum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.4 Comitato etico<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un comitato etico di tre membri esamina le violazioni. Aumento delle sanzioni: commento orale \u2192 rimprovero scritto \u2192 sospensione temporanea (1-3 mesi) \u2192 licenziamento definitivo. Diritto di essere ascoltato da qualsiasi membro prima dell'imposizione di una sanzione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.5 Revisione<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il codice \u00e8 riveduto ogni due anni o
