pubblici digitali disponibili dovrebbero essere attuati a livello transfrontaliero, anche attraverso il riutilizzo degli elementi costitutivi forniti dal meccanismo per collegare l'Europa (MCE) della Commissione europea, al fine di agevolare la fornitura transfrontaliera di servizi pubblici digitali (ad esempio eDelivery, eID, fatturazione elettronica, firma elettronica, broker di
