Article 9 of Article 5 of Law 3607\/2007 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 245) on the convening and minutes of the General Assembly of IDIKA S.A. makes the following amendments: in paragraph 1, (aa) in the first subparagraph, the words \u2018and within six (6) months of the end of this use\u2019 shall be deleted; (ab) the third subparagraph shall be repealed; (ac) the fourth subparagraph shall be replaced; (b) paragraph 4 shall be repealed and Article 9, following legislative improvements, shall read as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Convening and minutes of the General Assembly<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The General Meeting meets, at the invitation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the headquarters of the Company, at least once, during each fiscal year. The Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Company shall act as secretary. Articles 118 to 141 of Law 4548\/2018 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 104) shall apply to the specific matters relating to the location, time, responsibilities, representation and decision-making of the General Assembly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Minutes signed by the President and the Secretary of the General Assembly shall be kept for the issues discussed and decided at the General Assembly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The copies and extracts of the minutes of the General Meeting shall be certified by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company or his legal alternate or by a person appointed by decision of the Board of Directors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
