The share capital is fully taken over by the Greek State, which for the exercise of its shareholding rights is represented by the Ministers of National Economy and Finance, Digital Governance and Health.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The initial share capital was fully subscribed by the Greek State, which consisted of (a) all the assets of IDIKA S.A., as valued by the Institute of Chartered Valuers, and (b) a one-off cash contribution from the Social Security Improvement Account (L.V.KA.) of the former Ministry of Employment and Social Protection, equal to the amount corresponding to the difference between the initial share capital referred to in paragraph 1 and the value of the KYKY\u2019s assets.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>With the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of 30 January 2009, the share capital was increased by the amount of seven million (7,000,000) euros, with cash payment and the issuance of one hundred and forty thousand (140,000) nominal non-transferable shares of nominal value (50) euros each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of 30 June 2010, the decided increase of the share capital of the Extraordinary General Meeting of 30 January 2009 by seven million (7,000,000) euros was annulled and the capital was restored to three million (3,000,000) euros, divided into sixty thousand (60,000) registered, non-transferable shares, with a nominal value of fifty euros (50) each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the event of an increase in share capital, the new
