Article 1 of the fifth Article of Law 3607\/2007 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 245) on the establishment and name of IDIKA AE is amended as follows: (a) in the first paragraph, (aa) the words \u2018with this Statute\u2019 are deleted; (ab) the words \u2018renamed to \u2018ELECTRONIC GOVERNANCE OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL INSURANCE SINGLE-MEMBER S.A.\u2019 are added with the distinctive title \u2018IDYKA MAE\u2019; (b) in the second paragraph, (ba) the words \u2018HEALTH and\u2019 are added; (bb) the word \u2018Societe\u2019 is replaced by the words \u2018Single Member Soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u2019; and (bc) the words \u2018I.DI.K.A. S.A.\u2019 are replaced by the words \u2018I.DI.K.A. SINGLE MEMBER S.A.\u2019; (c) a third paragraph is added, and Article 1 of the fifth, after legal improvements, reads as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Establishment \u2013 Name<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Anonyme shall be established under the name \u2018ELECTRONIC GOVERNANCE OF SOCIAL SECURITY S.A.\u2019 and the distinctive title \u2018I.DI.K.A. S.A.\u2019 following the conversion of the legal person governed by private law \u2018Centre for the Computerised Social Services\u2019 (K.E.Y.K.Y.) established by Legislative Decree 390\/1969 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 283) and renamed \u2018ELECTRONIC GOVERNANCE OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL SECURITY SINGLE-MEMBER S.A.\u2019 with the distinctive title \u2018IDYKA M.A.E.\u2019. For the Company's relations with abroad, the name \"E-GOVERNMENT CENTER for HEALTH and SOCIAL SECURITY Single Member Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Anonyme\" and the distinctive title \"I.DI.K.A. SINGLE MEMBER S.A.\" will be used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
