The following amendments are made to Article 3 of Law 3607\/2007 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 245) on share capital: in the first subparagraph of paragraph 1, the words \u2018the Minister for Finance\u2019 are replaced by the words \u2018the Minister for the National Economy and Finance, the Minister for Health and the Minister for Digital Governance\u2019; in the first subparagraph of paragraph 2, the words \u2018i.e. the Greek State, which for the exercise of its shareholding rights is represented by the Minister for the National Economy and Finance, the Minister for Health and the Minister for Digital Governance\u2019 are added; (c) the second subparagraph is repealed; and Article 3, following legislative improvements, reads as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The share capital of the Company is fully taken over by the Greek State, which for the exercise of its shareholding rights is represented by the Ministers of National Economy and Finance, Health and Digital Governance. The Company's shares are personal and non-transferable. The above transfer of share capital is exempt from all taxes, fees or contributions in favour of third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2.
