It is suitable for a pilot phase that will allow testing the operating mechanisms before expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Model B \u2013 Optimum (18 members: 9+9)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It offers a balance between broad representation and effective functioning. Corresponding in size to the Australian Multilateral Forum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Model C \u2013 Full (22 members: 11+11)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It provides maximum representation, following the Italian model that has been established and has been operating successfully since 2022. It is suitable for wider participation and coverage of more thematic areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Government members<\/strong> (according to the full model \u2014 11 seats, proportional reduction to the smallest):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Representative of the Ministry of Digital Governance (Government Coordinator)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Representatives of the Ministries of the Interior and Justice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Representative of the National Transparency Authority<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two representatives of the Regions (alternates)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two representatives of Municipalities through KEDE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Representative of an Independent Authority (alternate)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two representatives of other Ministries (alternates)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Non-governmental members<\/strong> (according to the full model \u2014 11 seats, proportional reduction to the smallest):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Five NGO representatives (openness, transparency, accountability)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two academic\/research community representatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Representative of journalistic associations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Representative of the technological community<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Representative of a youth organisation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Representative of organisation of vulnerable groups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The choice of the final model will take into account the available resources, the maturity of the ecosystem and the possibility of support from the Secretariat.
